We believe that every young person has the potential to succeed, if given a chance, however most of the young people joining Skill Force have given up on education and on themselves. Our Instructors help to give them the confidence to achieve, both within and outside school, by inspiring an outlook that says "I can". Each year thousands of young people come away better equipped to find a job, get into training or go on to further education.

Royal Patron HRH Prince William of Wales. - Scottish Veterans' Residences Scottish Veterans' Residences (SVR) provides independent living accommodation for former members of the Armed Forces or Merchant Marine, or their immediate family, who find themselves in need. SVR can accommodate up 128 veterans at one time. The Charity was founded in Edinburgh in 1910 and is Scotland's oldest ex-service charity. Since 1910 SVR has helped 60,000 ex-service men and women or their spouses and last year helped over 300 who would otherwise have been homeless, isolated or living on the streets.
